Are you unsatisfied with your product, or has your product arrived damaged?
Please, accept our apologies for this, rest assured, we will resolve this to your satisfaction.
Our general terms and conditions specify how returns can be made and the service we offer. Here is a brief summary:
- Solits provides you with half a year warranty on its products
- Did you receive a damaged product?
Although we package and ship our products with greatest care, it can unfortunately happen that damage occurs during transport. We are committed to resolving this as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Kindly let us know within 3 days from delivery if you have received damaged products.
In order to help us find the best and the quickest solution, we ask you to provide the following information:
- If the package arrived damaged, we hope that you made a note of this when you signed for delivery
- We kindly ask you to take photos of the damaged products and (if possible) the packaging and to e-mail them to us.
Did you receive a wrong product? We will exchange it as quickly as possible.
Does your product not meet your expectations? We do our absolute best to provide you with full complete product-specific information via the website and / or by telephone. Have you received a different product than you had expected based on the information provided? Please, contact us, we will search for a solution.
Do you want to exchange a product? If your product is made to measure, this is unfortunately not possible in most cases. If your product is part of our basic range, we would like to think along with you and find the best solution on how we can limit the transport costs for you as much as possible.
Are you entitled to a refund? You are entitled to a refund if you received a faulty or damaged product, and the product is returned for that reason. If it is technically possible, we will refund the amount via the payment method which you made the payment with. If you want to receive it in a different way, please state this clearly in an email.We will process your refund within 14 days after receipt of the returned products.
How do you package a plinth for return?
We ask you to repack the product in the original packaging.
Since shipping of pedestals is a specialization in itself, and we have almost 15 years of experience with it, we would like to take over the shipment for you to ensure that the order returns in its original state. We will make a collection appointment with you after we have received your report.

- Solits provides you with half a year warranty on its products
- You have a 14 day cooling -off period after you receive the product
- Do you want to return the product? You only pay the return costs. We arrange transportation for you.
- Do you want to exchange the product? You only pay the return costs. We will send you the new product immediately, provided that we have it in stock.
- Did you receive a damaged product? We will resolve it immediately.

In order to exercise your right to return the products, please, use the right of withdrawal form *
Is the product not to your liking and do you want to send it back? Then you can cancel the purchase within a period of 14 days after receiving the product. Please, complete this right of withdrawal form* and return it by e-mail to info@plinthsanddisplaycases.ie or by mail to Solits, Linnewever 5, 2292 JG, Wateringen, The Netherlands. After you let us know that you want to cancel the purchase, you must return the products to us within 14 days at the latest.
Exception:
It is not possible to return products that were custom-made for you. In case of damage which we are responsible for, we would be happy to make arrangements with you to repair or resolve this damage.
My money back
You are entitled to a refund if the product is not to your liking, provided you let us know within 14 days from receiving the shipment.
If it is technically possible, we will refund the amount via the payment method which you made the payment with. If you want to receive it in a different way, please state this clearly on the right of withdrawal form. The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned products. You receive the amount that you have originally paid minus the return shipping costs. These costs are equal to the shipping costs on our website. You can also return the product yourself to our head office in Linnewever 5, 2292 JG in Wateringen, The Netherlands.
How do you package a plinth for return?

Can I exchange a product for a different size, color or material?
Yes, you can. If you ordered a product from our standard range, you can exchange it for another product in this range free of charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of custom-made items (specifically made for you in terms of size and / or color and / or material).
